The Gunung Mulu National Park contains some of the largest, most significant and spectacular caves in the world, including the worlds 10th longest cave system, the Clearwater-Blackrock-Whiterock System 175 km long, and 460 m deep; the worlds biggest chamber, Sarawak Chamber with a void space equivalent to 162,700 m2, the largest cave passage, Deer Cave with its population of several million wrinkle-lipped bats, not to mention some of the finest tropical karst landscapes in SE Asia.
